BACKGROUND
Dancity is another great idea from Strictly Business Consulting, the company was founded in 1999 to promote and help market uk gospel music to the mainstream. We clearly understand that not all records are going to make it to MTV base or Top of the Pops therefore we work with artist to identify their market and the look at the best avenue to reach this potential audience. We strongly believe all Gospel Artists are Ministers on a mission either to make money or win souls for the kingdom.

Although some of them will clearly say they are not doing it for the money, they will not play for FREE because if you are not paying them expenses you will be paying them a fee. I must admit some Artist have perform in our show for no expense or fee, may the Good Lord Bless you RICHLY for sowing this seed. We promote from major headliners to up and coming bands as look as we like the product ourselves because we are not here to take your money and run instead we are here to support and see you develop to your full potential. We clearly understand marketing and promotion strategies that work in the UK and beyond.

You see there are three main types of Promoters in the UK:

1.   Promoters who make things happen,
2.   Promoters who watch things happen,
3.   Promoters who wonder what on earth is happening.

WHAT IS DANCITY?
Dancity is the name of our original club night that started back in the summer of 1994 in Clapham high street @ The Music Box if you can remember this venue on a Sunday night it was the place to be.

Then we eventually moved to Grays Inn for a regular Wednesday night featuring top radio DJ’s and the story just continues.

Our aim back in those days was to create an atmosphere where you can truly relax and kick off your shoes and listen to the great sound of Xscape if you can remember them. But ten years on, it is back promoting the positive message that music has to communicate but this time we have discovered a selection of music that truly meets our goals from day one.
